Return/Refund Policy – Sri Varshini Silk House

We have a no return and no refund policy, we have only exchanges and the timeframe for the exchange would be 2 days

1. Products Purchased on Sale

Please note that products purchased are eligible for exchange only in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are not applicable. Please note that products purchased during Festive or Promotional Sales are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24 working hours.
  • Cancellation of an order will only be considered if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

3. Quality Assurance
Every saree and fabric is carefully handcrafted, reflecting the dedication of our weavers. Each product undergoes stringent quality checks before being catalogued, sold, and shipped.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, there may be instances where:

  • The item is damaged during transit (e.g., outer packaging is tampered with).
  • The wrong item is delivered.

In such cases, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at srivarshinisilkhouse@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 93451 25350 with photos showing the condition of the package, signs of tampering, or incorrect items before accepting the delivery from the courier.
  • You may refuse the delivery or accept it with remarks regarding the issue on the proof of delivery.
  • Lodge a complaint with the local courier office to help us address the matter effectively.

Replacement Policy:

  • For items damaged during transit or wrong deliveries, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
  • Email or WhatsApp details of the defect or issue along with photos within 2 days of receiving the package.

5. Disclaimer

  • Product details (e.g., weight, color, handwork) shown on our website are approximate and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.
  • Colors may appear differently on various screens due to display settings or monitor limitations.

6. Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

  • Pre-ordered products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

7. Customised Products:

  • The products which are Customised , Altered or Tailored are not eligible for Return / Refund / Cancellation.
