Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are shipped within 7 days and international orders are shipped within 15 days; Domestic and international shipping charges apply. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping address changes can only be made before shipment. If delivery fails due to the recipient's unavailability, re-shipping costs will be charged.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Certain products (like sale items, customisations, and tailored items) are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for customised items in unused condition.

Refunds

  • DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.  WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES. Refunds are issued if products are unavailable. Refunds are made via credit card or net banking (within India), and not possible for payments from outside India.
